St. Patrick Dinner Dance
It's that time of year for the wearing o' the green! The annual St. Pat's Day Dinner Dance and auction will be held on Saturday, March 17th at the Elks Lodge on Pinewood Road. The cost is $25 per person and tickets can be purchased by calling the school office (773-0210).
Spring Sports
Practices are beginning for our spring sports season. Coach Mark Mossell will be coaching soccer. Their practices will be held at the Haynsworth field. Track practices are being held at Dillon Park, starting at 5:30 pm. Coach Charles Austin will be working with the runners.

Elena Gibson, a sophomore at St. Francis Xavier, won First Place in the Dramatic Oral Presentation for Girls at the SCISA Literary Meet.

Basketball Playoffs!
Our Padre basketball team finished the regular season in THIRD place in our region! Their first playoff game is this Friday @ Patrick Henry. The Padres will be playing Clarendon Hall. The game begins at 5:15pm. If they win that game, they will play on Saturday at 8:00 pm.

Senior joins mission trip
Senior, Nicholas Lavergne, joined the diocesan sponsored medical mission trip to San Pedro Gauatemala. The group left on Feb. 4th and will return on Feb. 11th. On last year's mission trip, 780 patients were treated over a five day period. In addition to the medical mission, the group helps out at the nearby Catholic convent and grade school.
