Page title: Admissons Proceedures

A family interested in possibly enrolling their student at St. Francis Xavier High School, should first call the school office to set up an appointment for an interview with the principal. During the interview, the compatibility of the student with the school will be explored. At this time, it is advised that a copy of a transcript and/or most recent report card be brought to the interview.

A tour of the school and an introduction to our faculty then takes place after the interview. Many questions about the school and procedures can be answered at that time.

If the family and the principal agree, a date for the student to “shadow” with another student in the appropriate class will be scheduled. At that time the student would attend the same classes as the other students of that age and grade. This would afford the student the opportunity to meet our students and get a feel for the atmosphere of our school.

Should the family feel that they want to proceed further, they will be given a folder with the necessary forms, application, and tuition contract.
